yesterday-
went to poly clinic to check up for my knee . no needa x-ray at all . onli muscel over strain . den e doc gave mii this yucky medecine that i have to eat for my knee to faster recover . and somemore i cannot go judo for 1 week . wah sianz can . den like that mum surely don let mii go out de . haiz haiz .

today-
nth much happened in sch today . changed bag wif liling [judo] . den that's all loh . cya .
